My computer has a spyware called system tool and it wont let me do any thing

my computer has a spyware software called system tool and it wont let me do nothing ive put a software called spyhunter on for now but im getting frustrated and need some professional help.

To remove System tool please follow this procedure.

Restart your computer
Quickly click Start
Than computer
than c drive
than program data ,please make sure you are showing hidden files
On the program data you will find a folder with some nonsense charters like this jdgsconis  or different it changes on every computer but it has 2 files on it and one of them will have the key symbol which than you will know is the right one.

Quikly delete that folder and you are free of this nasty Virus.
