If you are having problems activating Rkill, rename it to winlogon.exe or winlogon.com

save to desk top
click the scan tab
and locate the following:
HKCU\ .. [ctfmon.exe] C:\Windows\System32\ctfmon.exe
and place a check mark in the box then click fix checked then yes twice.

also try running malwarebytes in safemode with networking
